Just a note to let you know how happy I am with the recent cleanup/speed up/site move you guys did for me with my www.philfaqs.com site. Before the move I was having continual minor outages and “glitches” when working on the site. The load speed for pages was “slow” to say the least. After you guys did your cleanup/speed up work I now find the site loading faster that 98% of sites tested virtually every time I test it and the site even “feels” much faster when editing. All this, of course on a very “bottom end” shared hosting service. Good work. I recommend your site “hotrodding” services to anyone who is tired of driving in the slow lane.

a few weeks ago some guy came into my shop saying his company was an east coast based website specialist specializing in tuning up websites.

people like this approach me all the time, though it is usually by phone from india! normally i say no thanks, but this time i gave him a list of my websites and he said they would have a look and come back with their recommendations. i was sort of curious about what they would say.

i forgot all about this, but eventually he phoned me on friday. he said all of my websites were very well managed, current and of a high standard, and that there was no value they could add to them.

well, obviously they are straight operators because most people would come up with a long list of problems requiring $$$. thank you bob for your great service. i already knew this, but its great to have it confirmed!
